About our Products/Services
- We also use ALCOA heavy gauge aluminum material and our suppliers are Lyftym Building Products and Roof Drainage Equipment (RDE) in Charlotte. We give a 30 year warranty on material and 3 years on workmanship.
- We also install seamless copper gutters. All gutters are 5 inch residential or 6 inch commercial. We use 2 x 3 and 3 x 4 commercial downspouts.
- We recommend 3 x 4 commercial because you get better drainage and no problem with overflows. All gutters are screwed in with 1 ½ inch screws to a hidden hanger system placed every 24 inches. This gives a strong support system.
- We use a reverse downspout band system to hang our downspouts which makes it a lot neater and more supportive. This reverse band system was created by Donald Deaton at the beginning of the business in 1970.
- We also replace rotten fascia board which is caused by not keeping your gutters clean or having the wrong slope on the gutter. Ed Deaton (Forman) should have been a carpenter by trade because he really does excellent wood work. He takes his time to make sure he does a perfect job, and our customers really appreciate this. Before the new gutter is installed, a fresh coat of Behr paint is applied to the new wood.
